The Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has conducted a mobile court against a short-lived shop illegally found out on the sidewalk ahead of the Nagar Bhaban.
During the operation, the mobile court sentenced four people to varied terms of imprisonment and banned them for illegally occupying the sidewalk and obstructing government work.
A mobile court headed by DSCC Executive Magistrate AH Irfan Uddin Ahmed conducted the operation on Monday (February 1st) evening.
According to section 16 of the court legal code. Kabir Sheikh 14 days, said. Pandit Ali Hawladar 15 days, said. Sohail was sentenced to 10 days, Tutul Das to fifteen days in prison, and fined under sub-section 6 of section 92 of the government (City Corporation) Act, 2009.
At that point, the court evicted 12 illegally found out temporary shops and sold the evicted goods for Rs 50,500 in cash through spot auction.
